Focus on applying accounting policies and improving processes On behalf of our client **Corporación San Cristóbal**, a leading organization in the sectors of **Vehicle Technical Inspections, Driving Schools, and Polyclinics for medical examinations for driver's licenses**, we are seeking a committed, results-oriented professional to join our team as: **ACCOUNTING ANALYST.** **Main Responsibilities** * Record and analyze the corporation's accounting transactions. * Perform bank reconciliations and verify the correct accounting treatment of revenues and expenses. * Review and control the recording of purchases, sales, and payment vouchers. * Analyze accounts receivable and accounts payable, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions. * Prepare accounting and financial reports for management. * Monitor the proper application of accounting procedures and policies across various business units. * Coordinate with different departments to collect necessary information for monthly accounting closings. * Maintain the physical and digital accounting documentation files in order and up to date. **Requirements** * Technical or university bachelor's degree in **Accounting**. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of current tax regulations and accounting procedures. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Experience using accounting software (Starsoft preferred). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork skills. **Competencies** * Results orientation. * Ethics and confidentiality. * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. **Working Conditions** * Monday to Friday, 08:00–5:30 PM; Saturdays, 08:00–1:30 PM * Compensation: S/ 2,500.00 soles per month; three months on receipt-based payroll, then transition to MYPE payroll. * Work location: Cdr. 1 de la Av. Izaguirre (108) next to LA PANACA. Salary: S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
