Position Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Drafter / Technical Modeler to produce drawings and models for architectural and modular projects, applying BIM methodology and coordinating with project teams. Key Highlights: 1. Development of technical drawings and architectural modeling in Revit. 2. Application of BIM methodology to models and documentation. 3. Technical coordination with architecture and engineering teams. **We are looking for talent!** **ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER / TECHNICAL MODELER** We are seeking an **Architect** with a profile as a **technical drafter / technical modeler**, focused on producing drawings and models for architectural and modular projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of basic and detailed technical drawings. * Architectural modeling in **Revit**. * Creation of 3D models, isometric views, and technical drawings. * Development and updating of project technical documentation. * Application of **BIM** methodology in model and documentation development. * Technical coordination with architecture and engineering teams. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in **Architecture**: graduate or bachelor's degree holder. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in technical drawing, modeling, or architectural project development. * **Proficiency in Revit – mandatory.** * **Knowledge and application of BIM methodology** * Familiarity with AutoCAD. * Experience with 3D modeling (Revit, SketchUp, or similar). * Ability to interpret and develop construction details. * Organization, technical judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. * Ability to collaborate effectively with architecture and engineering teams. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in industrial, modular, or construction projects. * Experience in technical documentation for construction execution. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Academic background from universities with recognized architecture programs, such as **Universidad de Lima, UPC, Universidad Ricardo Palma**, among others. * Affinity for collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented work environments. **\-Work Location:** San Isidro, Lima **\-Work Modality:** On-site **\-Preference:** Residency in **San Isidro or nearby areas**, considering ease of commute \-and on-site work modality. **\-Salary:** Negotiable. **APPLICATION** Please send your **CV \+ portfolio** (drawings and/or models) to: **rrhh@kizuroko.com** Subject line: **“Architectural Drafter / Technical Modeler”** \- We seek a candidate with strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to contribute to the development of our architectural and modular projects.
