Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Commercial Department with experience in Community Management, social media management, and market analysis for the construction sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop the role of Community Manager and manage social media. 2. Conduct market analysis in the construction sector and identify opportunities. 3. Responsibilities: * Develop the role of Community Manager. * Manage social media. * Analyze the market and identify trends, needs, and opportunities within the construction sector. * Coordinate with internal departments involved in tracking customer requests. * Prospect construction companies, real estate firms, contractors, consulting firms, institutions, and professionals in the sector. * Carry out commercial visits and meetings with potential clients. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience. * Intermediate-level Photoshop proficiency. * Intermediate-level Canva proficiency. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work both in-office and in the field across Metropolitan Lima. Benefits: * Payroll under the MYPE regime. * Benefits corresponding to the applicable regime. * Remuneration: S/1200 \+ commissions. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Work modality: On-site/Field.
