Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor with experience in consultative selling, focused on managing the end-to-end commercial process for premium furniture brands, including proactive prospecting and in-showroom customer engagement. Conduct proactive prospecting and achieve sales targets Mono Atelier is a Peruvian design company with three brands: Mono Kids (premium children's furniture and spaces), Elia Design (premium home furniture), and Mono Estudio (interior design). We seek a Sales Advisor with proven experience in consultative selling, with a primary focus on Mono Kids. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the end-to-end commercial process: initial response → qualification → quotation → follow-up → closing. * Execute daily blocks of phone calls and maintain active outreach — the telephone is central to this role. * Schedule and conduct in-showroom consultations. * Conduct proactive prospecting: reactivate existing customer base, CRM leads, referrals, and new opportunities. * Prepare and send quotations on the same day, with structured follow-up within 48 hours. * Record all commercial activities in the CRM in real time: each lead must include its current status and next action. * Confidently present Mono Kids and Elia Design products. * Support B2B prospecting (nurseries, institutions, and projects) as per the commercial plan. * Report daily results and pipeline to management. * Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets set by the company. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2+ years of verifiable experience in consultative or medium-to-high-ticket sales (mandatory). * Proven track record of meeting sales targets — we will ask for specific figures. * Full comfort with telephone communication and excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work under a base salary + commission structure. * Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools (preferred). * Experience in furniture, décor, real estate, or premium retail (preferred). **Conditions:** * Employment type: Full time * Weekday schedule to be discussed. * Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (mandatory). * Location: Chacarilla, Surco (in-person presence required for showroom and visits; otherwise flexible). **Application:** Send your CV to contacto@mono.pe and andresrequena95@gmail.com with subject line "Commercial Advisor – Mono Kids".
