Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Sales Advisor to serve customers and achieve targets in an e-commerce business selling trending products. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and an excellent work environment. **Sales Advisor** We are an **e\-commerce** platform dedicated to selling trending products, including perfumes, technology, home goods, and more. We are looking for a committed, proactive individual with outstanding service attitude to join our sales team. Main Responsibilities * Respond to inquiries and confirm orders via **WhatsApp and Shopify**. * Follow up with potential customers until sale closure. * Contact interested customers by phone. * Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service. * Achieve established sales targets. Requirements * Experience in sales or customer service (preferred). * Strong communication and negotiation skills (via phone). * Excellent customer interaction and empathy. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Basic computer and internet proficiency. Schedule * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * **One rotating day off per week.** Compensation and Benefits * **Base salary of S/ 1,200\.** * **Bonus for meeting performance goals.** * **Additional commissions on upselling.** * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for career advancement within the company.
