Currently, **we are looking to add a Sales Advisor** to our team, with a strong focus on results and sales closing. **Main Responsibilities** * Managing and responding to messages via **WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok**. * Customer service via **messages and phone calls**. * Scheduling appointments and **personalized commercial follow-up**. * Using a **CRM** to track leads, customers, and sales opportunities. * Sending **appointment reminders** and confirmations. * Customer retention and support in acquisition strategies. * Professional post-procedure guidance and support. * Recording and managing information in **Excel**. **Required Profile** * A woman with a **commercial profile**, oriented toward sales and goal achievement. * Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**. * Organization, consistency, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in **WhatsApp Business, social media, and CRM**. * Prior experience in **sales, customer service, or the aesthetic industry** is desirable. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset. **Working Conditions** * **Location:** Miraflores * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: **9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.** * Saturdays: **9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.** * **Industry:** Micropigmentation services and products * **Compensation:** **S/ 1,400 base salary + sales commissions** If you are passionate about sales, aesthetics, and customer interaction, and wish to grow within a professional and dynamic environment, **we want to meet you**.
