A LA GLORIA JUGOS Y SANDWICHES, A FAST-FOOD COMPANY, IS SEEKING INTERNS AS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS Responsibilities * Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as filing documents, answering phone calls, and managing emails. * Provide support to other members of the administrative team. * Learn and participate in the company's various administrative processes. * Develop administrative and organizational skills. * Coordinate with suppliers for order tracking, payments, and requirements. * Perform daily reconciliation of store revenue, verifying accurate sales and payment reconciliation. * Manage and record bank deposits, ensuring timely execution and maintaining appropriate control. * Support the control and tracking of financial documentation related to revenue and deposits. Requirements * University student majoring in Administration or a related field. * Strong interest in learning about restaurant management. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
