




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting and Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support in accounting, administrative, operational, and financial management. Key Highlights: 1. Internal coordination and support to all company departments **ARGOS CORPORATION S.A.C.**, a company engaged in **construction and engineering**, is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and accounting-qualified **Accounting and Administrative Assistant** to join our team. **What will be your mission?** To provide comprehensive support in the company’s accounting, administrative, operational, and financial management, ensuring proper document control, cash flow management, preparation of key decision-making reports for management, and support to various company departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Financial and Accounting Management:** Daily cash flow control and continuous coordination with the accounting department. * **Accounting\-Tax Support:** Use and operation of the **SUNAT platform (SOL Key)** for inquiries, procedures, and administrative validations. * **Calendar Management:** Organization and scheduling of daily office tasks. * **Document Control:** Receipt, filing, organization, and digitization of both physical and virtual documents. * **Management Reporting:** Preparation of periodic reports and summaries addressed to management. * **Communication and Support:** Internal coordination and support across all company departments **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified technician in **Accounting**, with solid knowledge in **Administration**. * **Digital Tools:** Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft 365** (fluent use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory). * **Experience:** Experience using the **SUNAT platform (SOL Key)** and managing digital files. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, punctuality, and ability to work under structured goal-oriented conditions. * **Experience:** 1 year of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles. * **Salary:** S/. 1,500\.00 per month. * **Employment Type:** Formal employment under the Remype regime. * **Office Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Address**: Avenida Alejandro Velasco Astete N°3525, Urb Prolongación Benavides, Santiago de Surco.
