Preventive and corrective maintenance WASKA S.A.C., an exporting textile company located in Villa El Salvador, is seeking to hire a Maintenance Assistant. Support the scheduling of the company's maintenance activities, with skills in electricity, plumbing, and masonry, among others. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Support the scheduling and execution of the plant maintenance plan \- Electrical, plumbing, and masonry work \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, machinery, and equipment \- Recordkeeping of completed activities and control of materials and tools REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience: 1 year in general maintenance (electricity, plumbing, or masonry) \- Education: Completed secondary education; technical training in electricity or maintenance (preferred) \- Knowledge: Basic electricity, plumbing, masonry, and tool usage \- Availability to work on-site in Villa El Salvador WE OFFER: \- Salary: S/ 1,300 \- S/ 2,000 (based on experience) \- Biweekly payment (mid-month and month-end) \- Formal payroll from day one under the MYPE (small business) regime: bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and vacation benefits as per regulations; ESSALUD, SCTR, and family allowance \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m. (weekends off) Work location: Southern Lima (near Villa El Salvador) Apply through this platform by attaching your updated CV.
