We are looking for a responsible, organized, and service-oriented individual to serve as a Receptionist and Dental Assistant, delivering an excellent experience to our patients and supporting the dentist during patient care. Requirements Not currently enrolled as a student (due to schedule incompatibility). Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Preferably residing in Jesús María or nearby districts. Experience in customer service, reception, or dental assistance (preferred). Strong communication skills, excellent patient interaction, and good spelling. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business. Proactive, punctual, organized, and capable of working effectively in a team. Responsibilities: Greet and guide patients. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries. Register patients and assist with billing and issuing receipts. Prepare the examination room before each patient visit. Assist the dentist during procedures. Wash, disinfect, and sterilize instruments. Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies. Maintain a clean and orderly examination room. We Offer Fixed salary: S/ 1,400 per month. Payment for overtime hours. Performance- and goal-achievement-based bonuses and incentives. Ongoing training.
