Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant with event experience to plan and execute event logistics, coordinate suppliers, and manage permits. Key Highlights: 1. Management of documentation and permits required for events An event production company is looking for a Logistics Assistant to ensure proper planning and execution of events. Requirements (mandatory): * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Administration and Logistics, Tourism and Hospitality, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in event logistics or operations. * Experience coordinating suppliers, transportation, inventory, and event setup/teardown. * Experience managing or tracking municipal permits, ITSE, APDAYC, and UNIMPRO permits. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability to work outside regular hours and on weekends according to event scheduling. Responsibilities: * Coordinate suppliers and services for event execution. * Manage quotations, purchase orders, and logistical tracking. * Supervise setup, operation, and teardown. * Control material transportation and inventory. * Manage required documentation and permits. Conditions: * On-site work mode. * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Remuneration: S/ 1,700 \+ bonuses. Apply only if you have experience in event logistics. Profiles with exclusive experience in warehouse, dispatch, or distribution will not be considered.
