Position Summary: We are seeking a Social Assistant to manage health, sociability, and social responsibility programs, and ensure the well-being of employees and their families. Join us and let’s paint Peru yellow!   Social Assistant What will be your challenge? Manage health, sociability, recognition, and social responsibility programs for employees and their families. How will you achieve it? Manage sociability programs targeted at employees’ family members. Coordinate with public and/or private institutions to implement various disease prevention and occupational health promotion campaigns. Monitor cases of employees with serious illnesses or social circumstances affecting their job performance: home visits, hospital visits, resource referrals, reports, etc. Manage the employee subsidy reimbursement process. Advise on and manage medical and life insurance. Supervise the chain-wide “Employee of the Month” recognition program. Supervise staff lactation rooms and cafeterias. Handle complaints related to harassment and sexual harassment. Design, promote, and encourage recreation, sports, integration, and social responsibility programs for employees and their families. What do we need from you? Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and/or Communication for Development. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Assistant in industrial, retail, and/or related companies. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Professional Intern (Practicante Pro) in industrial, retail, and/or related companies. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
