Job Summary: We are seeking a B2B Commercial Management Assistant responsible for providing commercial support, customer follow-up, and order coordination for textile solutions. Development of skills in customized textile products An industrial textile company specializing in the manufacturing of uniforms and customized solutions for businesses is looking for a **B2B Commercial Management Assistant** to join its sales team. The selected candidate will provide support in commercial management, customer follow-up, order coordination, updating commercial information, and servicing corporate accounts. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect customers via phone calls, emails, and digital channels. * Qualify leads and manage the commercial database. * Coordinate commercial meetings with potential customers. * Track orders from purchase order issuance through delivery. * Manage commercial documentation: invoices, shipping guides, purchase orders, and quotations. * Provide support in customer service, follow-up, and retention. * Maintain updated records of customers, opportunities, and commercial progress. * Learn and master the company’s customized textile products. * Support the sales team in administrative tasks and internal coordination. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, Textile Industry, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or commercial support. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and familiarity with digital tools. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and customer orientation. * Availability to work onsite in San Luis, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 6:30 pm Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Is the position onsite in the district of SAN LUIS, Lima — do you agree?
