Job Summary: We are seeking a Bakery / Pastry Assistant Operator to support the production, preparation, and maintenance of bakery and pastry products. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Bakery / Pastry Assistant Operator**, and you could be part of our team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the production of bakery and pastry products (cakes, cupcakes, sweet doughs, bite-sized treats, and desserts). * Prepare ingredients and raw materials according to the head baker’s instructions. * Perform basic weighing, mixing, and assembly of products. * Assist in baking, cooling, and decorating processes. * Complete basic area forms and records. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper hygiene in the work area. * Assist in inventory control and waste reduction. **Requirements:** * Technical studies or currently enrolled in **Bakery, Pastry, or related fields**. * Minimum experience required. * Basic knowledge of dough preparation and pastry products. * Responsibility, organization, and willingness to learn. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer:** Monthly salary of S/ 1,200.
