Job stability and growth opportunities in a prestigious environment BAR MANAGER – FRANKLIN (San Isidro) At **Franklin**, a restaurant with a strong concept and continuous growth, we are looking for a **Bar Manager** to lead the bar area with technical expertise, leadership, and a focus on service excellence. Main Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring proper operational performance and a positive work environment. * Ensure proper execution of the beverage and cocktail menu, maintaining quality and presentation standards. * Manage inventory, shrinkage, orders, and stock for the bar area. * Supervise adherence to recipes, cost control, and yield targets. * Coordinate with kitchen and dining room to ensure seamless service and an optimal customer experience. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of bar equipment and supplies. * Train staff on techniques, products, and service standards. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Bar Manager or Senior Bartender (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology. * Experience in inventory and cost control. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Strong service orientation and attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
