Direct support to bartender and bar management **Franklin Restaurant**, San Isidro branch, is looking for a Barback to join its bar team, with a focus on operational support and standards compliance. Responsibilities: * Provide direct support to the bartender in drink preparation and service. * Maintain continuous supply of bar supplies, glassware, and utensils. * Prepare mise en place (fruits, syrups, garnishes, ice, etc.). * Wash, polish, and organize glassware. * Perform basic stock control and product replenishment. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the bar area. * Comply with internal procedures and perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor as required by operational needs. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in bars or restaurants (preferred). * Basic knowledge of bar supplies and operations. * Ability to work under pressure. * Responsibility, punctuality, and service-oriented attitude. * Availability for rotating shifts.
