Job Summary: We are seeking a gastronomy professional or bartender with experience in bar service to prepare and serve beverages, manage inventory, and maintain the bar area. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized customer service and consultation REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Technical or university degree in Gastronomy, Bartending, Bar and Mixology, or related fields. * Work experience: Proven experience in bar service at restaurants, bars, hotels, or other gastronomic establishments. Minimum experience: 2 years in similar positions. KNOWLEDGE * Knowledge of wines and mixology. * Knowledge of distilled spirits and liqueurs. * Beverage mixing and preparation techniques. * Basic gastronomy knowledge. * Inventory and Kardex management. * Basic English proficiency. * Bar service and customer attention. * Proper handling and storage of beverages and supplies. * Knowledge of food hygiene and handling regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and other bar items, ensuring proper presentation and quality. * Monitor beverage and supply inventory, verifying availability and appropriate storage. * Attend to and advise customers according to their preferences and needs. * Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages, liqueurs, and supplies. * Verify correct operation and use of bar equipment and utensils. * Comply with company standards for service, quality, and hygiene.
