Handling standard recipes and preparing beverages We invite you to join the Pariwana Family! · At Pariwana Hostel Cusco, we are searching for the best talent to join our Bar team. · What benefits do we offer? -Monthly hotel points payment. -All statutory benefits from day one (MYPE regime). -Staff snack included. -Subsidized staff lunch. -Corporate benefits and discounts. -The incredible experience of being part of a leading hostel chain in the Peruvian market. · What requirements must you meet? -You enjoy dynamic environments, possess strong initiative, and have a desire to learn. -English proficiency: intermediate (mandatory). -Availability to work rotating monthly schedules (6 working days per week with 1 day off). · What will be your main responsibilities? -Ensure order, hygiene, and safety at the bar and dining area. -Guarantee beverage safety and hygiene during preparation. -Guide customers in selecting dishes and/or beverages. -Correctly process payments for food and beverage sales. -Take restaurant orders and relay them to the Kitchen department. -Deliver bar and restaurant orders, ensuring quality standards and timeliness. -Organize workstations by performing necessary mise en place for beverage service. -Properly handle standard recipes, preparation methods, and beverage presentation. -Perform other duties assigned by your direct supervisor within your scope of responsibility.-Requirements- Minimum education: Technical years of experience Languages: English Age: between 20 and 30 years Keywords: barman, bartender
