Requirements: \- Technical or university studies incomplete, in progress, or completed (documentation verifying academic level required). \- Minimum 2 years of certified experience as cashier, cashier-administrator, store assistant, shift supervisor, or similar roles involving operational responsibility and cash handling (exclusively in retail, fast food, restaurant, or related sectors). \- Knowledge of good food handling practices and shrinkage control. \- Experience conducting cash audits and supervising cash handling. \- Customer service experience. \- Basic Excel proficiency. \- Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, during afternoon-to-night hours: 3:00 pm to 3:00 am. \- Familiarity with the Inforest system. Responsibilities: \- 90% operational tasks and 10% administrative tasks. \- Represent the company during inspections and/or regulatory audits. \- Submit daily sales and cash closing reports. \- Ensure all information is accurately entered into the system. \- Knowledge of the Inforest system. \- Verify correct FIFO implementation and product rotation. \- Conduct and verify daily, weekly, and monthly inventories. \- Verify and assist with cleaning of areas, product preparation, and equipment maintenance. \- Supervise staff activities. .
