Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook with expertise in Peruvian cuisine, problem-solving ability, and proactivity for continuous improvement. Key Points: 1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Peruvian cuisine 2. Completed studies in gastronomy and/or related fields 3. Culinary proficiency and problem-solving ability Profile for Experienced Cook Essential Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Peruvian cuisine. * Experience in preparing stews, stir-fries, seafood dishes, broths, and soups. * Completed studies in gastronomy and/or related fields. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Prior knowledge of completing forms and standardized recipes. * Ability to work under pressure * Culinary proficiency, problem-solving ability, and capacity to suggest improvement opportunities within their area * Preferably residing in areas near the restaurant. * Availability to work extra shifts when required. * We Offer: * PEN 1,700 to PEN 2,000 * Formal employment registration * Biannual bonus of PEN 500 for compliance with established norms and roles * Career development path * Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM Salary: S/.1,700.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
