Ability to ensure consistency in flavor, portion size, and presentation We seek an experienced cafeteria cook to execute and serve menu items quickly and consistently. We require a candidate with experience in cafeteria-style preparations: sandwiches, salads, à la carte dishes, brunch, and mise en place, while maintaining high standards of quality, organization, and hygiene (BPM) Prepare and serve cafeteria-style dishes with sound technique, flavor, and presentation, ensuring appropriate timing during peak hours. Maintain an organized operational flow (mise en place → production → plating → service) and support the team to sustain an efficient and consistent operation. Prepare and serve cafeteria-style menu items: sandwiches, salads, brunch (eggs, toast, bowls, etc.), and à la carte dishes according to standards. Execute daily mise en place: portioning, labeling, storage, sauces, and base preparations. Maintain consistency in flavor, portion size, doneness, and presentation. Organize your station and manage outgoing timing in coordination with counter/dining room. Comply with BPM: hygiene, safe handling, cross-contamination control, FIFO rotation, and expiry management. Keep your area clean and organized during service and at closing. Report stock shortages, losses, and replenishment needs to the area supervisor. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 2 years of experience Age: between 24 and 40 years Keywords: chef, cook
