At **Cotrina**, a rapidly growing company dedicated to renovation and construction projects, we are currently seeking proactive, punctual, and experienced **Civil Construction Assistants** to join our operational team in Lima. We seek reliable support staff to provide direct assistance to our skilled tradespeople during the execution of residential and commercial construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct support to skilled tradespeople in drywall, masonry, tiling, painting, and electrical work. * Transporting, loading, unloading, sorting, and moving materials and supplies on site. * Preparing mixtures, pastes, mortars, and continuously preparing the worksite. * Maintaining cleanliness, order, and ongoing site maintenance before, during, and after each work shift. * Setting up, maintaining, and caring for hand tools and work equipment. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in construction, renovation, or finishing projects. * Good physical condition, proactivity, discipline, and punctuality. * Immediate availability to travel to construction sites across various districts of Metropolitan Lima. * Strong teamwork attitude and ability to quickly follow technical instructions. **We Offer:** * **Timely weekly payment:** S/ 600.00 per week worked. * Project continuity based on job performance. * Practical learning opportunity and career advancement path to become a skilled tradesperson within the company. **MANDATORY FOR APPLICATION:** Send your CV or personal details via WhatsApp to **992581815** or email **contacto@cotrina.pe**, indicating your prior experience.
