Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Cleaning and General Services Supervisor to maintain optimal cleanliness and operational efficiency of a Business Center, contributing to its positive image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain common areas in optimal conditions of cleanliness and presentation. 2. An organized person with initiative and judgment to manage the position. 3. Contributes to the proper operational efficiency and positive image of the building. MAC360 Property Management, a company dedicated to the administration of residential and corporate buildings, is currently seeking a Cleaning and General Services Supervisor for a Business Center located in Miraflores. We seek an organized individual with initiative and judgment to manage the position, capable of identifying issues requiring attention without constant supervision. **Position Objective** * Maintain the building’s common areas in optimal conditions of cleanliness, order, and presentation by performing routine cleaning tasks, monitoring critical areas, and assisting with minor maintenance activities, thereby supporting proper operational efficiency and enhancing the building’s positive image. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily cleaning and maintenance of the building. * Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of the following areas: * Entrance lobby of the Hipólito Unanue façade. * Entrance lobby of the Mendiburu façade. * Reception area. * Passageways and common areas. * Elevators (floors, mirrors, control panels, handrails, and grilles). * Iron and concrete emergency staircases. * Directory area. * Common dining area on the 8th floor\. * Common restroom on the 8th floor\. * Conduct periodic inspections of the 8th-floor dining area and restroom before, during, and after lunch hours. * Collect waste and paper materials from common areas, basements, and parking areas. **Scheduled Cleaning** * Perform sweeping and deep cleaning of basements and parking areas **once (01\) per week.** * Collect waste and paper materials from basements and parking areas on a daily basis. * Clean partitions, glass panels, and railings according to schedule. * Participate in waxing activities for Basement 1, scheduled twice (02\) per month. **Desired Profile** We seek a candidate who is: * Committed, responsible, and service-oriented. * Maintains high standards of cleanliness and order. * Proactive and solution-oriented. * Maintains a positive attitude. * Demonstrates initiative and does not wait for instructions to address obvious situations. **Position Considerations** * This role requires an individual willing to consistently perform operational tasks, uphold strict cleanliness standards, and promptly address the needs of the building’s common areas throughout the entire workday.
