Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Operator to perform deep cleaning and disinfection of assigned areas, using and organizing cleaning materials and equipment, while maintaining respectful and courteous conduct. We are currently seeking a Cleaning Operator. Candidates must meet the following requirements: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Deep cleaning and disinfection of assigned areas (reception, common areas, basements, corridors, exteriors) as designated by management. \* Proper use and cleaning of materials employed. \* Perform cleaning tasks according to instructions provided by the immediate supervisor. \* Organize work and prepare cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies according to the designated cleaning zone. \* Execute and verify cleaning and tidying of assigned areas, using appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies. \* Clean environments using machinery only after receiving necessary training and certification. \* Treat superiors and colleagues with respect and courtesy, maintaining proper relationships with all company members, demonstrating strong cooperative spirit, commitment to professional improvement, and strict adherence to fundamental ethical principles. \* Report malfunctions and deterioration.
