We are currently seeking a qualified, technical professional with a strong sense of precision to join our production team as a **CNC Operator**. **Job Objective:** Responsible for preparing, setting up, and operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery to ensure precise, efficient, and safe cutting of melamine panels, optimizing raw material usage in accordance with the company’s quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Prepare, set up, and operate** CNC machines specialized in cutting melamine boards/panels. * Interpret technical drawings and design files to load modulation and cutting optimization programs into the machine. * Properly supply, position, and secure melamine panels on the machine’s worktable. * Monitor the automated cutting process, promptly detecting and correcting any technical deviation or material defect. * Perform visual and dimensional quality control of cut parts before transferring them to the laminating/assembly area. * Carry out general cleaning and basic daily preventive maintenance of the CNC machine (calibration, inspection of cutting tools, etc.). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical graduate or with proven solid knowledge in **Production Mechanics**, **Machinery and Tools**, Industrial Carpentry, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the melamine or wood furniture manufacturing sector (not mandatory if machine cutting proficiency is demonstrated). * **Knowledge:** Handling and calibration of industrial cutting tools, feed rate, and CNC operation software. * **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, millimeter-level precision, organizational ability, and strict adherence to industrial safety regulations (mandatory use of PPE). **Benefits:** * **Direct payroll enrollment** from day one, including all legally mandated benefits. * Competitive market-aligned compensation with absolute payment punctuality. * Opportunity to work with modern industrial machinery and cutting-edge technology. * Excellent workplace climate and a safe working environment. **How to Apply?** If you meet the profile and wish to join a solid, continuously growing company, please send us your updated CV: **Email:** gestionhumana@allcenter.pe **Contact WhatsApp:** 981 115 032 *Indicate in the subject line: OPE\-CNC* Salary: S/.400\.00 \- S/.600\.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
