Job Summary: We are seeking Commercial Advisors for YT Group, in partnership with Fuerza Salud, to conduct prospecting, client acquisition, follow-up, presentation of health programs, and sales closing. Hybrid work model combining office and remote work COMMERCIAL ADVISORS | SALARY: S/ 2,000 + COMMISSIONS YT Group, in partnership with Fuerza Salud, is currently recruiting Commercial Advisors to join our team in the healthcare sector. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prospecting and acquiring new clients * Contacting and following up via phone calls and WhatsApp * Presenting health programs * Negotiating and closing sales * Achieving business objectives EMPLOYMENT OFFERING: * Fixed monthly salary of S/ 2,000 * Additional bonuses for meeting performance targets * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment * Career progression path available starting from the third month WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (remote) WORK MODALITY: Hybrid, primarily office-based with up to one remote day per week.
