Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Junior Community Manager to manage social media, create content, and support our brand's marketing campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. JUNIOR COMMUNITY MANAGER At POMODORO COSTA, we are building our marketing department and are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally passionate Junior Community Manager eager to contribute and help grow our brand. You will be responsible for managing social media, creating and scheduling content, responding to messages/comments, and supporting advertising campaigns. Main Responsibilities: * Social media management (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) * Content creation and editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) * Community management: responding to messages and comments * Support for digital campaigns and basic metric reporting * Development of trend-based materials Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in social media * Experience in restaurants * Strong writing and spelling skills * Basic design knowledge * Video editing knowledge Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM Flexible hours based on deliverables and results. Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,700.00 per month, subject to evaluation.
