Job Summary: ID SOLUTIONS is seeking a Computer Science intern to provide technical support, analyze issues, perform software quality testing, and manage applications. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support to customers. 2. Analysis of issues and development of solutions. 3. Collaboration with Development and Support departments. **ID SOLUTIONS:** focuses on delivering technological solutions for attendance control and related areas, involving the application of new tools for both hardware and software domains. We are currently seeking personnel: **Profile: COMPUTER SCIENCE INTERN** **Quantity:** 02 persons. **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. · Basic knowledge of SQL Server. · Basic knowledge of C\# (Not mandatory) · Software and hardware installation. · IP configuration knowledge. · Basic networking knowledge. · Proficiency in Office tools. **Responsibilities:** · Providing on-site and remote technical support to various customers. · Analyzing issues and providing solutions. · Performing software quality testing. · Monitoring and evaluating desktop/web/mobile applications. · Reporting detected bugs. · Collaborating closely with the Development and Support teams. · Installing software and hardware. **Academic Qualifications:** · Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or final-cycle student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. **Salary:** To be discussed. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Work Modality:** On-site. **Work Location:** CAL.
