Monitoring of operational indicators and handling of incidents. **CONCRETE DISPATCHER – VILLA EL SALVADOR** At **YANA Consulting**, we are looking for a **Concrete Dispatcher** for a leading company in the industrial sector. We seek an organized, dynamic, and customer-oriented individual with experience in logistics, distribution, and operations coordination. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in roles related to logistics, distribution, dispatching, operations, and/or customer service. * Experience coordinating orders, scheduling dispatches, and tracking deliveries. * Strong communication, planning, negotiation, and customer orientation skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor the scheduling and dispatching of concrete orders, ensuring compliance with quantities, timelines, and customer requirements. * Coordinate with Production, Commercial, Credit, and Collections departments regarding any changes or contingencies that may affect order fulfillment. * Supervise that scheduling, customer records, and data are correctly entered and updated in the relevant systems. * Monitor operational indicators such as vehicle availability, punctuality, plant stoppages, cycle times, and fleet optimization, proposing improvement actions. * Promptly address delays, incidents, or issues during supply, keeping customers, commercial advisors, and supervisors informed. * Support the batcher in daily production closing. * Comply with the organization’s established safety procedures and standards. **Required Knowledge:** * Intermediate-level Excel and SAP. * Knowledge of logistics and distribution. * Monitoring of distribution key performance indicators (KPIs). * Familiarity with last-mile delivery applications or processes. * Proficiency in presentations. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. As this position is directly linked to production, working hours may occasionally vary. **Benefits:** * Remuneration: S/2,000\. * Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime. * Paid overtime.
