If you are analytical, organized, and keen to grow rapidly within a leading provider of OHS consulting services, this is your opportunity! **Professional Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in roles of similar responsibility. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in accounting systems, data classification and coding. (Starsoft) * **Technical Skills:** Mastery of calculation tools, analytical thinking, and excellent writing skills. * **Residence:** Must reside in Lima and be available to work in Pueblo Libre. **Main Responsibilities** * **Accounting Management:** Manage and record accounting and financial information for internal reporting and submission to public/private entities. * **Operations:** Classify, code, and enter data into the company’s accounting system. * **Payments and Treasury:** Process payroll and supplier payments; manage payment vouchers, honorarium receipts, and travel expense reports. * **Reconciliations:** Responsible for executing bank reconciliations. * **Billing:** Manage and issue invoices for QHSE EIRL’s services in coordination with relevant departments. * **Support:** Assist the General Accountant in preparing financial statements and management reports for the General Management. **Key Skills** * Orderliness and quality in work. * Effective communication and service orientation. * Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems. * Self-control and willingness to learn. * Goal-oriented mindset. **What We Offer** * **Formal employment contract** from day one under the SME regime. * **Statutory benefits.** * **Continuous training** in current accounting and regulatory management practices. * **Professional mentoring and development** within a dynamic environment. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am – 1:30 pm. **Are You Ready for the Challenge?
