We are looking for a committed, organized, and gastronomy-passionate **Cook** to join our FOSSO team. If you enjoy preparing high-quality food, collaborating within a team, and delivering an exceptional experience to our guests, we want to meet you! **What will you do daily?** * Prepare breakfasts, lunches, and other meals according to established quality standards. * Organize and execute daily kitchen production in alignment with service demand. * Verify the quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational health standards throughout the entire preparation process. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, equipment, and utensils before, during, and after service. * Monitor efficient ingredient usage to minimize waste. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and timely service. * Support other related functions assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What are we looking for in you?** * Passion for cooking and food service. * Responsibility, commitment, and punctuality. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Organization and attention to detail in food preparation. * Minimum **1 year** of experience as a Cook, preferably in restaurants, food concessions, or institutional cafeterias (not mandatory). **What do we offer?** * Full payroll from your first day of work. * Schedule: **8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.** * Statutory benefits. * Performance-based incentives and career development path. * Excellent working environment.
