The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Peruvian cuisine and handling fresh marine products. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience preparing fish and seafood (preferred). * Knowledge of Peruvian cooking techniques. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Attention to detail in dish presentation. * Responsibility and punctuality. **Schedule:** * Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. **We Offer:** * Contract from day one. * Positive work environment. * Growth opportunities.
