Job Summary: We are seeking kitchen assistants and cooks to support dish preparation, maintain order and cleanliness, and organize utensils. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in dish preparation 2. Assist in inventory preservation (FIFO) We are looking for **3 kitchen assistants and cooks** with immediate availability to work **Full-Time** in **PUNO.** **Responsibilities** * Support the cook in dish preparation. * Wash, peel, and cut ingredients as instructed. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Check and organize necessary utensils for service. * Assist in inventory preservation following the FIFO method. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months or more of experience in restaurant or cafeteria kitchens. * Knowledge of hygienic food handling and health regulations. * Agility, responsibility, and good work organization. \*Suitable for persons with disabilities.
