Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to serve as a Cost and Budget Specialist in construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, expansion, or improvement projects related to urban mobility and pavements. Key Highlights: 1. Cost and Budget Specialist role for pavement projects 2. Participation in construction, rehabilitation, and improvement projects 3. Use of advanced software: Excel, AutoCAD, Power BI, and MS Project ***Requirements:*** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer (authorized CIP). ***Experience:*** * General experience: at least three (03\) years, substantiated. * Minimum of two (02\) assignments as Cost Specialist and/or Cost and Budget Specialist and/or Measurement, Cost, and Budget Specialist and/or Budget Specialist in the execution and/or supervision of general construction projects. Of these, at least two (02\) years of experience must be accumulated after registration. * Specific pavement experience: Projects considered SIMILAR include those with nature similar to the project under tender; i.e., CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, REHABILITATION, EXPANSION, AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (INCLUDING COMBINATIONS OF THESE WORKS) OF URBAN MOBILITY AND/OR URBAN PAVEMENTS.
