Develop project budgets. Validate budgets, valuations, and financial closings. Review unit price analyses (UPA). Maintain updated cost databases—alert on cost deviations. What Do You Need to Become Our Next Junior Cost Engineer? Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Desirable specialization in Cost Management and/or Project Management. Minimum 2 years of general work experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or as an Assistant, Technical Office Engineer Assistant, or similar. Experience in construction projects, specifically within technical offices (focusing on costs) or within budgeting and tendering departments. Knowledge of regulatory standards such as RNE/ITSE, infrastructure project development and execution, and file review. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Power BI knowledge is desirable. Intermediate-level AutoCAD proficiency. Intermediate-level ERP S10 proficiency. What Do We Offer You?
