Position Summary: We are seeking a Counter staff member for a food concession to receive, verify, and assemble patient meal trays, ensuring proper presentation and dispatch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and assemble customized meal trays for patients. 2. Monitor food presentation, quantity, and temperature. 3. Maintain a clean and disinfected work area. **WE ARE HIRING!** POSITION: COUNTER **Food Concession – AUNA Clinic** **Schedule:** Within the range of **1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.** **Shift:** 8 hours \+ 1-hour break (includes dinner) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive and verify patient meal schedules. * Check patient name, room number, bed number, diet type, and dietary restrictions. * Assemble trays according to the prescribed diet. * Correctly place food items, beverages, cutlery, and accompaniments. * Inspect each tray prior to dispatch to ensure it matches the assigned patient and prescribed diet. * Monitor food presentation, quantity, and temperature. * Coordinate tray dispatch and delivery. * Report any changes, shortages, or incidents to the relevant department. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and disinfected. * Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. * Receive and inspect returned trays, separating waste and utensils per established procedures. REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience in customer service, food service, kitchen operations, concessions, clinics, or hospitals (preferred). \- Basic knowledge of food handling. \- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual. \- Ability to follow procedures and protocols. \- Availability to work **rotating shifts**. **Interested candidates:** Please send your CV with the subject line **“COUNTER – AUNA”**.
