Ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. ### **Customer Experience Consultant – SCM Lead Logistics** ### **Location:** **Lima, Peru** **Work Mode:** **On-site** At Maersk, we are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to end\-to\-end manage purchase orders (POs) and shipments, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and guaranteeing compliance with logistics processes. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end tracking of Purchase Orders and shipments. * Monitor operational milestones (ETD, ETA) and proactively resolve incidents. * Coordinate with customers, suppliers, carriers, customs, and internal teams. * Provide visibility into operational status and manage risks. * Prepare operational reports and track KPIs. * Ensure compliance with SOPs and established processes. ### **Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, SCM, logistics customer service, control tower, or international trade. * Experience managing customers and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. * Knowledge of imports, exports, and international transportation. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate English (minimum B1\). \#LI\-EM1 \#RPO Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
