Opportunity to grow with the company in a positive work environment **Telephone Customer Service Advisor – Ultra Wash Perú** At **Ultra Wash Perú**, a laundry and dry cleaning service located in Jesús María, we are looking for a person with outstanding customer service skills to make telephone calls, coordinate services, and provide prompt, friendly, and organized assistance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Call customers to schedule pickups and deliveries. * Confirm appointment times, addresses, and requested services. * Follow up with existing and repeat customers. * Record basic information from each call. * Support in responding to inquiries regarding prices, promotions, and services. * Maintain courteous, clear, and professional communication. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service, telesales, or call centers. * Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. * Patience, organization, and responsibility. * Basic mobile phone, Excel, or Google Sheets proficiency. * Availability to work on an hourly basis. * Residing near Jesús María or nearby districts is preferred. **We Offer:** * Hourly employment. * A positive work environment. * Training on our services. * Opportunities for growth within the company. * Timely payments. **Schedule:** Part-time / To be determined based on availability. **Location:** Jesús María – Lima. **About Us:** Ultra Wash Perú is a laundry and dry cleaning service focused on delivering speed, quality, and reliability to customers who lack time but value well-executed service.
