At Falabella Retail Peru, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Planning team, delivering value through the development of dashboards, automations, advanced analytics, and AI-based solutions. We seek a proactive, autonomous individual with a strong problem-solving orientation, capable of connecting data with real business opportunities. Responsibilities * Build analytical solutions using SQL, Python, and Google Cloud Platform. * Design and develop dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making. * Develop reports and automations that generate business efficiencies. * Analyze large volumes of data related to sales, forecasting, inventory, and commercial planning. * Participate in building predictive models and Machine Learning projects. * Explore and implement AI-based solutions to optimize processes. Requirements * Experience with SQL and Python. * Proficiency in Looker Studio or equivalent data visualization tools. * Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery. * Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions. * Intermediate knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools). * Desired experience building AI agents and developing Machine Learning models. * Ability to collaborate across teams and understand business needs. * Availability to work 100% onsite in San Isidro, Lima, Monday through Friday.
