Job Summary: We are looking for a person to advise and support customers, ensuring their sales, coverage, and collections objectives in Ecommerce. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer advisory and support on the web platform 2. Sales and collections management for assigned portfolio 3. What will be your main challenges? Ensure and achieve sales targets by educating customers on digital purchasing through the web platform. Ensure and achieve coverage targets by improving contact effectiveness and guaranteeing monthly repurchase. Ensure and achieve collections targets by preventing overdue accounts through timely collections and encouraging early payment. Operationally manage credit notes, debit notes, exchanges, recalls, returns, registrations, among others. Coordinate and schedule, together with your supervisor, daily call planning. Communicate commercial tools and monitor compliance and settlement thereof. Anticipate and communicate potential business risks and opportunities to your leaders and other departments. What characteristics do we seek in candidates for this role? Academic Background Technical or university degree (incomplete) in Administration, Business, Marketing, or related fields Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, advisory roles, and/or general sales. Technical Knowledge Basic English. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Intermediate proficiency in task-tracking tools (Kommo, S1Gateway, Siebel, Genesys).
