Opportunity to join a growing commercial team Commercial Executive – In-Person Sales Expande Talento, on behalf of our client — a leading company specializing in the marketing of tools and equipment for industrial, construction, and hardware sectors — is currently seeking a Commercial Executive to join their team. Job Objective: To provide customer service and commercial advisory via social media and other digital channels, identifying customer needs, resolving inquiries, and converting each interaction into a sales opportunity while ensuring an outstanding service experience and achievement of commercial targets. Main Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels. Provide personalized advice regarding products, promotions, and benefits. Manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing. Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers. Effectively resolve questions and handle objections. Record and update customer information. Coordinate with internal departments regarding product availability and delivery. Achieve commercial objectives and sales performance indicators. Requirements: Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or closing sales through digital channels. Experience using WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Basic proficiency in Excel and digital tools. Excellent written communication, writing skills, and spelling. Competencies: Customer orientation. Effective communication. Persuasion and negotiation.
