Job stability and a positive work environment **APPLY WITH YOUR CV – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – OPERATIONAL DRIVER WITH CLASS A1 LICENSE** At VIPS PERÚ, we are currently seeking an Operational Driver with a valid Class A1 driver’s license—committed, responsible, and available to join our team immediately. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate the mobile unit to safely transport personnel, equipment, and work materials. * Provide operational support in executing fumigation and environmental sanitation services. * Comply with safety protocols and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Accurately complete basic service forms, such as reports, service orders, and minutes. **BENEFITS AND EMPLOYMENT TERMS** * Formal employment with benefits at 50%: * 15 days of vacation * 50% of bonus payment * 50% of CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) * Performance-based bonuses * Biweekly and timely payments * SCTR insurance * Regular certified training * Positive work environment * Job stability **AVAILABLE WORK SCHEDULES** **Shift 1** * Monday to Saturday, approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. \+ overtime **Shift 2** * Monday to Saturday, approximately 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. \+ overtime **REQUIREMENTS** * Must be over 18 years old with a valid national ID (DNI). * Must hold a valid Class A1 driver’s license. * Experience driving mechanical vehicles. * Completed secondary education. * Immediate availability. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. **COMPETENCIES** · Punctuality · Responsibility · Honesty · Teamwork · Proactivity and ability to work under pressure Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
