Position Summary: Leads environmental studies and permitting processes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring regulatory compliance for AtkinsRéalis Perú. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, an opportunity has arisen to join AtkinsRéalis Perú as an Environmental Project Leader. ### **Responsibilities** * Technically lead environmental studies and environmental permitting processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. * Define methodologies, technical approaches, and development criteria for executing environmental projects. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of specialists, promoting appropriate technical integration across disciplines. * Supervise field campaigns, controlling the quality and consistency of collected information. * Review and approve technical deliverables, ensuring their quality, consistency, and compliance with client and competent authority requirements. * Manage the preparation of technical responses to observations and requests from regulatory entities. * Participate in technical meetings with clients, providing specialized advice and representing the company on technical aspects of the project. * Identify technical risks associated with projects and propose timely mitigation measures. * Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and AtkinsRéalis internal quality standards. * Monitor discipline productivity and performance, tracking efficient use of allocated hours and resources. * Provide mentoring, guidance, and technical support to team members, contributing to their professional development. * Perform any other duties related to the position. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Biology, Geography, or related fields. * Proven experience technically leading environmental studies and environmental permitting projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in developing environmental projects. * Solid knowledge of applicable environmental regulations, environmental assessment processes, and permitting management. * Experience reviewing and ensuring the quality of technical deliverables. * Ability to identify technical risks and manage effective solutions. * Experience in technical engagement with clients and regulatory entities. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Mining industry experience is desirable. * Certification or specialization in environmental project management is desirable. ### **Process** * Applications are accepted exclusively through our corporate careers portal; applications submitted via other channels will not be considered. * We will contact only shortlisted candidates for interviews. * Relocation expenses are not covered.
