Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to acquire new clients, provide product advice, and maintain trusted relationships within the assigned area. Key Highlights: 1. FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE \- COMAS RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify and acquire new potential customers within the assigned area. * Conduct in-person visits to portfolio clients at their businesses. * Advise clients on our products, pricing, and promotions. * Build trust-based relationships to retain and increase purchase value. * Achieve monthly sales, visitation, and customer acquisition targets. * Maintain client contact through visits and phone calls. * Report progress and results to the store and commercial team. REQUIREMENTS: * Willingness to perform fieldwork and visit clients. * Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with diverse client types. * Motivation to work with targets and earn commissions. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales, pre-sales, customer service, or mass consumer sales (preferred but not mandatory).** BENEFITS: * **Compensation:** fixed salary of S/1,130 \+ transportation allowance \+ commissions up to S/1,350\. * **Full payroll registration:** enrollment in the general labor regime from day one. * **Statutory benefits:** CTS, bonuses, vacation, and profit sharing. * **Timely payments:** biweekly and end-of-month. * **Discounts:** purchases at Wong and Metro for the employee and one family member.
