We seek a creative and experienced audiovisual production professional to enhance our brand image and digital media presence through high-quality audiovisual content. We are a company dedicated to the production and commercialization of balanced animal feed, committed to quality, innovation, and continuous growth. **POSITION DETAILS** **Position:** FILMMAKER / AUDIOVISUAL CREATOR **Department:** Marketing **Work Location:** Lurín, Lima **Work Modality:** On-site – Full-time **Salary:** S/ 2,000.00 monthly **Preferred residence in:** Pachacámac, Villa El Salvador, Chorrillos, San Juan de Miraflores, Lurín, or Southern Beaches (Punta Negra, Punta Hermosa, and San Bartolo). **REQUIREMENTS** · University graduate in Design or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience in audiovisual content production and social media content creation. · Experience in recording and editing videos for commercial, institutional, and digital content. · Proficiency in handling audiovisual equipment. · Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. (magnific, highfield) · Knowledge of photography, composition, lighting, and audiovisual editing. · Creativity, initiative, and ability to develop audiovisual concepts and proposals. · Availability to conduct on-site recordings at production facilities, offices, sales points, and company events. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Record and edit audiovisual content for the company’s social media and communication channels. · Take photographs and videos of products, processes, facilities, activities, events, and campaigns. · Create reels, promotional videos, institutional videos, and digital content aligned with Marketing objectives. · Propose creative concepts using audiovisual formats for various campaigns. · Provide audiovisual coverage of internal, commercial, and corporate activities. · Edit videos incorporating music, text, transitions, effects, and other necessary elements. · Coordinate with the Community Manager and Marketing Department on content planning and production. · Organize and properly maintain all audiovisual materials generated by the company. · Adapt content to various digital platforms and formats. · Support other audiovisual production, content, and communication-related activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** · Formal employment registration from day one, with all legally mandated labor benefits. · Bi-weekly and end-of-month salary payments. · Compulsory Savings Fund (CTS) as per current regulations. · Mid-year (July) and year-end (December) bonuses. · Paid vacation days as stipulated by law. · Profit-sharing, if applicable. · Opportunity for professional development within a growing company.
