As the Finance Manager of **Volvo Financial Services** (VFS) Peru, you will lead a strategic function in a dynamic, evolving financial environment. Your leadership will ensure compliance, drive financial performance, and support our transformation journey, creating impact for our customers, society, and future generations. **What you will do?** --------------------- As Finance Manager of VFS Peru, you will be responsible for the full financial management of the market, partnering with the Managing Director to drive profitability, operational excellence, and compliance. You will lead financial reporting, planning, tax, treasury, and control activities, while ensuring strong governance and supporting strategic growth. You’ll be a key member of the VFS Peru Management Team, collaborating closely with regional and global functions to align with VFS and Volvo Group standards and strategy. This position takes full responsibility for accounting and recordkeeping for the entities, cash flow management, tax calculations and reporting, external and regulatory audits, and people management. **Who are you?** ---------------- We’re looking for a strategic and people\-centered finance leader who combines business acumen, financial expertise, and strong ethical standards. You lead by example, fostering a culture of compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Your key responsibilities include:** * Lead all finance, accounting, and treasury operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of reporting. * Oversee local statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance, ensuring full alignment with Peruvian laws and Volvo Group policies (IFRS). * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and forecasts, ensuring sound financial control and reliable data for decision\-making. * Partner with the Managing Director and Management team to define business strategies, pricing policies, and risk management actions that optimize Return on Equity (ROE) and business performance. * Manage liquidity, funding, and cash flow, ensuring an efficient capital structure in collaboration with Volvo Treasury and VFS Regional Finance. * Lead internal and external audits, implementing strong control environments and continuous improvement of financial processes. * Act as a local leader for IT\-related topics impacting financial systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement and digital efficiency. * Develop and coach the Finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, integrity, and collaboration. **What will you bring?** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
