Participation in the development of the annual budget and financial projections Financial Control Analyst **Location:** Pueblo Libre, Lima Job Description We are looking for a **Financial Control Analyst** with solid experience in financial analysis, management control, and preparation of managerial reports. We seek a professional with analytical thinking, results orientation, and the ability to transform financial information into key indicators for decision-making. Responsibilities * Prepare and present financial and managerial reports timely. * Manage and update the corporate cash flow. * Monitor daily and weekly cash, revenue, and expense projections. * Track and reconcile accounting information with the General Accountant. * Analyze and control revenues, costs, and expenses across various business units, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions. * Prepare the monthly Profit & Loss Statement (Managerial P\&L) and validate the information with Accounting. * Participate in the development of the annual budget and financial projections. * Develop dashboards and management indicators for Management. * Prepare executive presentations for decision-making. * Other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the Administration and Finance Management. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting (professional registration not mandatory). * Specialization in Corporate Finance, Management Control, Budgeting, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar positions. * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, including advanced functions and macros. * Experience handling and analyzing large volumes of data. * Knowledge of costing, budgeting, financial statements, and accounting standards. * Familiarity with financial metrics such as EBITDA, WACC, ROIC, NPV, IRR, NOPAT, Payback, and others. * Proficiency in **Power BI** or **Tableau** is preferred. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, communication skills, and results orientation.
