Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Hostess/Waitress with restaurant service experience, who is dynamic, proactive, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills for high-quality customer service. We aim to hire **01 FULL-TIME HOSTESS / WAITRESS** for our location at CC Real Plaza Centro Cívico, with availability to work rotating shifts. **REQUIREMENTS:** 1\. Discipline is essential. 2\. Knowledge of restaurant service. 3\. Dynamic, proactive, competent, and presentable. 4\. Highly honest, ethical, and professionally minded. 5\. Pleasant personal demeanor and strong communication skills to deliver excellent service to our customers. 6\. Knowledge of wines and food-and-wine pairings. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deliver high-quality customer service in accordance with the restaurant’s service protocol—from welcoming guests to bidding them farewell courteously and attentively at all times—ensuring every guest leaves the restaurant fully satisfied. * Know the full menu and preparation methods for cocktails, wines, appetizers, snacks, main courses, meat cuts, and grilled items—including doneness levels. * Provide quality service in pursuit of excellence; handle customer incidents courteously to minimize impact. * Maintain order and cleanliness within the restaurant. * Perform other duties related to restaurant service. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work continuous and/or split shifts (as applicable). * Completed secondary education. * Age between 20 and 40 years. **BENEFITS OFFERED:** * Formal employment registration and social benefits from day one. * Overtime pay and service charges or consumption surcharges. * Sales-based incentives. * Individual tips. * Meals (lunch and dinner) during scheduled hours. * Positive work environment. * SCTR insurance.
