




Job Summary: Create, produce, and edit high-impact audiovisual content for social media and advertising campaigns, integrating technical skills to enhance the brand’s digital presence. Create, produce, and edit high-impact audiovisual content for social media (Instagram, TikTok) and advertising campaigns, integrating technical expertise in recording, editing, graphic design, lighting, and audiovisual language—aimed at strengthening the brand’s digital presence and generating measurable results. ***Content Production*** * Plan, shoot, and edit videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok * Develop scripts and storyboards aligned with communication objectives * Apply audiovisual language (shots, pacing, visual narrative) to each piece * Manage end-to-end production: pre-production, filming, and post-production ***Recording and Lighting*** * Operate cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or professional smartphones) and audio equipment * Set up and adjust lighting configurations (natural light, softboxes, LED panels, ring lights) * Ensure technical quality in audio, focus, stability, and composition ***Editing and Post-Production*** * Edit video with color grading, motion graphics, and subtitles * Create static and animated graphics for feed, Stories, and ads * Optimize formats and resolutions per platform ***Digital Advertising*** * Produce creatives for Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok Ads * Adapt assets to each advertising platform’s formats and specifications * Collaborate with the marketing team to define key messaging **Video Editing (core)** * Professional proficiency in at least one: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve * CapCut Pro / Filmora for fast-paced, vertical formats * *(Final Cut Pro preferred — Mac-only environment)* **Graphic Design (core)** * Adobe Photoshop * Canva Pro * *(Adobe Illustrator and After Effects preferred)* **Audiovisual Production (core)** * Lighting (softboxes, LED panels, ring lights, natural light) * Audiovisual language (shots, angles, visual narrative) * Camera and audio equipment operation * Composition and stabilization **Digital Platforms (core)** * Instagram / Reels * TikTok * Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) * TikTok Ads **Digital Trafficker (preferred / bonus, non-exclusive)** * Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads * Structure campaigns: objectives, audiences (segmentation, lookalikes, retargeting), and budgets * Configure and interpret Meta Pixel / conversion events * Optimize based on metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and A/B testing of creatives * Analyze and interpret reports to guide investment decisions **Performance Indicators (used for probationary and performance evaluation)** *Benchmark metrics for evaluation at 3 and 6 months. *Adjusted according to campaign objectives. * **Production:** Weekly output volume (Reels / TikTok / graphics) * **Reach and Engagement:** Reach, engagement rate, and video retention * **Growth:** Follower and community growth trajectory * **Paid Media (if applicable):** CTR, CPA, and ROAS of campaigns * **Delivery Compliance:** On-time delivery per content calendar **Core Competencies** * Creativity and self-initiative * Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail * Organization and deadline adherence * Team collaboration * Adaptability and continuous learning **Education & Qualifications** * Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, or related field *(non-exclusive)* * Verifiable courses in digital content production *(non-exclusive)* * ***Portfolio required upon application (mandatory)*** * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role *(mandatory)* * Knowledge or experience in digital ad trafficking / campaign management *(preferred, adds value)* **Mandatory Portfolio:** Work samples are the primary selection criterion.
