Performance of duties using an assigned vehicle **FIELD COLLECTIONS OFFICER** A prominent financial sector company (lending institution) is seeking a Field Collections Officer to strengthen our credit recovery team. *Responsibilities:* \* Conduct home visits to clients for preventive collections and loan monitoring. \* Maintain constant communication with clients to prevent delinquency. \* Verify addresses and references when required. \* Record all collection activities and submit daily reports. \* Perform administrative tasks. \* Drive the company-assigned vehicle to complete scheduled routes. *Requirements:* \* Valid A1 driver's license (mandatory). \* Ability to operate a motorcycle. \* Minimum 1 year of experience in field collections, credit recovery, or similar roles. \* Knowledge of Lima. \* Basic proficiency with mobile tools and messaging applications. \* Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and results-oriented skills. \* No police, criminal, or judicial records. *We Offer:* \* Market-competitive compensation. \* Formal employment registration in accordance with Peruvian labor law. \* Vehicle provided for job performance. \* Training and job stability.
